Certification is only available through completion of the Dominator course.

We have 3 course levels that come with different features and pricing which can be found here. The basic course for starters is the Learner course at $299. The Runner course includes both Learner & Runner courses and is $499. And the Dominator course includes all 3 courses plus certification for $750.

In addition to the course tuition, we offer a la carte services for an additional cost – such as creating your Google business page or in-person consultation for a specific event.

Training is on-demand videos, podcasts, quizzes, and the CHP™ workbook. Each course includes email and/or phone support, depending on the course.

Yes, training must be completed within 45 days. You may choose to extend your training for a monthly fee.

After 120 days, your coursework is reset and you will have to start the course over. Please note there are no refunds if you do not complete your course.

Those seeking certification should complete the course and pass the final exam within 45 days with up to an additional 45 day extension, for a total of 90 days. If the course is not completed within the first 45 days, an extension can be requested for a monthly fee for additional time.

Yes, each certificate is for one business operation in one city. Your exclusive market is a 50-mile radius of the largest city near you.*

*Some major U.S. cities do not qualify for exclusivity. Exclusivity expires after 2 years, but is extendable for a fee.

Yes, at our discretion, we may choose to revoke your certificate. We will revoke the certification of a partner should we discover you are operating your business in a manner that is unprofessional, not adhering to local governing laws and ordinances, or receiving negative reviews online. There may be other reasons not listed here. But typically, we find if you are serious and invested in your business, you will run it at a high level.

The course tuition is non-refundable after you have accessed our materials.
